Two bedrooms, Master bedroom with double bed and a built-in wardrobe and bedside cabinets. Second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and built-in wardrobe and bedside cabinets. Furnished to the highest quality.
Main bathroom with shower, bath, WC, bidet and wash hand basin.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect for 4 persons. Utility room with washing machine and sink.
In the main area of the apartment you will find a lounge area with, table and 4 chairs and three seater settee and two armchairs, TV and DVD player.
The sun terrace comes complete with Table and Chairs. Communal pool is 2 minute walk
10 minute walk there are plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment. Two Large Supermarket approx 10 minutes away in La Marina Urb. A popular local market is held on Thursday - again within 10 minute drive of the apartment, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family.
5 minute walk you have the choice of lovely sandy beaches of La Marina on the Costa Blanca.
